Congratulations to one of our previous trainees, Crayge Phillips, for being shortlisted for the Worcester Apprenticeship Awards 2015!
This nomination is very well deserved. Crayge did a great job whilst on our programme last year and his ‘can do’ attitude impressed his placement employer so much that he was offered an apprenticeship with the garage at the end.
During his time with WorkingRite, Crayge showed great initiative and found the placement himself having scoured the internet and walked the streets looking for an opportunity. He also proved himself to be a keen learner and a supportive team player, participating well in Functional Skills sessions and helping his fellow trainees with the work.
Crayge really did make the most of the WorkingRite programme and put 100% effort in. As well as the brilliant experience he got on his placement, he also passed his Level 2 Maths and gained a WorkSkills BTEC.
Crayge was a pleasure to work with and we wish him all the very best – both for this award, and for his bright future ahead.
