Our impact
Since 2010, WorkingRite has supported over 3,000 young people.
Our dedicated Project Co-ordinators and fantastic work placement providers truly change young people’s lives, by giving them the opportunity, training and mentoring to realise their own ambitions.
We have undertaken a couple of independent evaluations – of our core programme (using Whiteinch & Scotstoun, Glasgow as an example), and of our more intensive ‘Pioneers’ programme (which includes up to six weeks of preparatory training before a young person is gradually introduced to a full-time placement).
