READ THE INDIVIDUAL STORIES RECOUNTING THE TRIALS, TRIBULATIONS AND TRIUMPHS OF SOME OF OUR YOUNG PEOPLE

These stories explore in depth not only the unique paths travelled by certain of our trainees, but also the dedicated, creative support and guidance provided by their project co-ordinators and business mentors; this collaboration is central to achieving a positive destination for the young people we welcome onto our programme.

The editor of this section is Catherine Campbell: she has selected case studies and worked with the relevant project co-ordinator to expand these, capturing further colour and detail to bring them to life.
