What is WorkingRite?
WorkingRite gives you the chance to get some experience and helps you to land your first real job.
We’ll offer you a placement lasting up to six months in a business that interests you – which could be anything from joinery to office admin, or landscape gardening to hairdressing. We’ll find you a great mentor in your work placement who’ll teach you on-the-job and introduce you to the world of work.
This isn’t school. There are no classrooms. You’ll be getting stuck in to proper, hands-on work experience with a local business for up to 35 hours every week.

If our programme seems right for you, we’ll find you a placement.
The work placement provider may give you a trial run before you start – so you both know it’s right for you.
During your placement, we’ll support you and make sure everything’s going well.
